All-Natural Sugar Substitute

A new all-natural, high-intensity sugar substitute that is 1800 to 2000 times sweeter than sucrose has been introduced by The Arnhem Group. The new sweetener, Flavex LC, is a pure extract derived from citrus aurantium, which has a clean taste that gains in intensity in the mouth, and has a long, sweet finish. Flavex LC can be used by itself, as the sole sweetener in a product, or in combination with synthetic sweeteners. Its ability to mix easily with other sweeteners will aid food and beverage producers who want to lower the level of synthetic sweeteners in their products.
